Now let me explain: When you marry a hometown girl who grew up in the area for over 20 years (and LOVES IT), you begin to bask in the charm Magnolia has to offer and become very fond of it yourself. Shortly after my wife and I purchased property in the city limits of Magnolia, they announced the new construction of the Aggie Express Way. I grew up in northwest Austin and watched as my small hometown grew rapidly within my childhood due to the construction of a new highway/toll road, 183A. Right before my eyes and in the town I’ve come to know well, I saw the same situation coming to Magnolia that I had seen in my years growing up. I couldn’t help but see the opportunity knocking at my door. This time, I can offer my knowledge, skills, and service abilities to be part of the growth and expansion of real estate.
